The management team met this week and came up with this final itinerary.  Because of weather/traveling conditions, coaching situations and cost, here is our agenda for this season.  PLEASE put these dates on your calendar NOW:)

Each of our weekends will follow this time agenda:

 

Friday: 6:15 p.m. -riser set up, 7:00-10:00 p.m. rehearsal

Saturday: 9:00-3:30 p.m. rehearsal, 3:30-4:00 p.m. riser take down, 4:00-6:30 dinner break,

6:30-9:00 p.m. rehearsal/coaching recap

September 18/19 - Salt Lake City -New up-tune learned by then (you will get the music soon) with a notes and words pass off before hand.

November 6/7 - Denver - coaching with Daren Drown on Saturday

January 7/8- Regional Education Weekend in Greely, Co with Anne Downtan for those interested

February 5/6-Salt Lake City - Coaching with Lori Lyford on Saturday

April 23/24 - Craig, Co. with a dress rehearsal/show on Saturday night.
